Sending and delivery
what you need to know !
I send everything by post office, registered with tracking number and I never have any problem till now. If you wanna send it with different transporter, please just connect with me and I will look for it. You will need to pay the difference between the post office and the company of your choice if need. For the packaging we try to be the most eco-friendly we can, sometime we reuse some package or recycling. Please let us know if you wanna make something special like a gift or add some message. We will be happy to make something special for you.
Return and refund !
First, I invite you to take all the informations you need before ordering, return I accepted. The return must be made within six days of receipt of the package.
Please contact us imperatively before the return to get our address in USA or outside and notify the return. You can contact me and get all the information’s you will need.
Clothing must not be worn or washed for refund or exchange. The return costs are your responsibility and the outward shipping costs are not reimburse. For an exchange the shipping cost of the new article will also have to be paid.
If you receive free delivery, the cost we incurred for this will be deducted from the refund. Sale items are not refundable.
For hygienic reasons, earrings are not refundable. Loss of your package by the carrier during the return cannot be refund or exchanged.
Returns must be sent by post office registered by tracking number or private carrier to the address indicate for return or exchanged.
